Rich Rodriguez

Career

Rich Rodriguez began his career in service at 17, when he enlisted in the U.S. Coast Guard and trained as a paramedic. He went on to serve 33 years in law enforcement in New York, Colorado, and Florida, 24 of them in investigations.

Rich led as a Crisis Negotiations Team Leader. He founded Polished Badge to give officers what he learned in the field: training that is practical, interactive, and built on real experience.

Every course Rich teaches is interactive. Officers take an active part in the discussion and leave with knowledge they can use on their next shift.
